Shipping
At this time we are using Canada Post, USPS and UPS as shipping carriers. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. If your parcel is returned to us as a result of inaccurate address information, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-ship the order. Loveyloos is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather or any other conditions that cause a delay at the post office or with international customs.  Loveyloos is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

 

International Orders
Please note that international buyers are responsible for any tax, customs, duty or import fees due on their orders.  If your package is denied entry into the United States, we will refund you the cost of the order, excluding shipping costs.
